Service Description
The purpose of these private, one-on-one sessions is to create healthy habits and to apply your meditation practice to your everyday life. The first session is devoted to understanding your habits, practices and mindset, as well as establishing all of your goals. If you do not have a regular meditation practice, that’s okay! The first couple of classes will be devoted to establishing one. If you do have a practice, we will ensure you are comfortable with your mantra and will work together to elevate your meditation experience. Each session thereafter we will take a deep dive into stress management, inner calm, self-knowing, aligning with your purpose & unearthing your true desires so you can live a life you love!
